Oil radiator, pressure regulating valve, oil housing. filters and oil pressure sensor
1. Oil mounting plate. radiator, system pressure regulating valve. crankcase ventilation, oil housing. filter.
2. Bolt: 9 Nm.
3. Lip seal: replace.
4. Oil pressure sensor; CAMA, CAMB, CAPA: oil pressure sensor "F1", engine letter designation CCLA, CCWA, CCWB, CGKA, CGKB: oil pressure sensor for reduced pressure "F378"; switching pressure 0.75...1.05 bar; gray insulation; check in "guided fault finding"; 20 Nm.
5. Sealing rings: replace.
6. Gasket: replace.
7. Sealing ring: replace.
8. Bolt: 9 Nm.
9. Oil feed line: going to the turbocharger.
10. Sealing ring: replace.
11. Oil element. filter.
12. Gasket: replace.
13. Cover: 35 Nm.
14. Bolt 9 Nm.
15. Support bracket: for oil housing. filter.
16. Oil housing. filters: with oil bypass valve. filters for 2.0...3.0 bar (pressure difference before/after the oil filter).
17. Engine crankcase ventilation regulating valve.
18. Bolt: 9 Nm.
19. Engine crankcase ventilation tube.
20/21. Sealing ring: replace.
22. Oil cooler: follow instructions; with oil bypass valve. radiator at 2.0...3.0 bar (pressure difference before/after oil. radiator).
23. Bolt: 9 Nm.
24. Gaskets: replace.
25. Cooling system hose.
26. Upper coolant supply pipe.
27. Sealing ring: replace.
28. Nut: 9 Nm.
29. Gasket: replace.
Removal and installation of oil. engine radiator
Drain the coolant. Remove the upper part of the intake manifold.
Remove the lower right side of the intake manifold. Remove the oil housing. filter. Remove the actuator motor of the system. exhaust gas recirculation "V338". Remove the diesel particulate filter.
CAPA: Remove the high pressure pump. Remove the system radiator. exhaust gas recirculation.
Loosen nut "1" and turn the upper coolant hose in the direction of the arrow. Ignore "Pos. 2".
Unscrew bolts "1...4" and remove the engine oil radiator.
Install
Installation in reverse order. To ensure a tight seal, it is necessary to remove the upper coolant pipe and replace the seal. ring. Install the system radiator. eGR. CAPA: Install a high pressure pump. Install a diesel particulate filter. Install the actuator motor of the system. eGR valve "V338". Install the oil cooler housing. filter. Install the upper and lower right parts of the intake manifold. Change the oil. Fill with coolant.
