Radiator pump system. exhaust gas recirculation "V400"
1. Cooling system hose: to the thermostat.
2. Radiator pump system. exhaust gas recirculation "V400".
4. Bolt: 2.7 Nm.
5. Engine suspension eye.
6. Cooling system hose: to the system radiator. exhaust gas recirculation.
Take off
Remove the "arrow" engine cover. Remove the "arrow" air duct.
Disconnect plug connector "2". Unscrew bolts "1". Clamp the hoses using hose clamps "arrows" and disconnect them from "3094" of the radiator pump system. eGR "V400". Remove the radiator pump. eGR "V400" with engine eye.
Unscrew the "arrow" bolts and remove the radiator pump system. eGR valve "V400" "pos. 2" from engine eye "1".
Installation in reverse order. Check the coolant level.
