Intercooler — General Information (Audi A4 B8)

1. Intercooler.
2. Hose clamp: reinforced; 5.5 Nm.
3. Air duct hose: to the intercooler; before installation, clean from oil and grease.
4. Hose clamp: reinforced; 5.5 Nm.
5. Bolt: 9 Nm.
6. Air guide tube.
7. Bolt: 9 Nm.
8. Hose clamp: reinforced; 5.5 Nm.
9. Air duct hose: going to the turbocharger; before installation, clean from oil and grease.
10/11. Hose clamp: reinforced; 5.5 Nm.
12. Air duct hose: to the intake manifold; before installation, clean from oil and grease.
13. Hose clamp: reinforced; 5.5 Nm.
14. Bracket of the power steering hydraulic line.
15. Air guide tube.
16. Sealing ring: replace.
17. Bolt: 5 Nm.
18. Boost pressure sensor "G31".
19. Rubber tip.
20. Bushing.
21. Nut: 9 Nm.
22. Hose clamp: reinforced; 5.5 Nm.
23. Bolts: 5 Nm.
24. Vacuum hose.
25. Vacuum receiver.
26. Air duct hose: from intercooler; before installation, clean from oil and grease.
27. Hose clamp: reinforced; 5.5 Nm.
28. Bolt: 7 Nm.
