Removal
1. Remove the front bumper as described in Section 11. This procedure involves removing the lower engine skid plate.
2. Remove the air cleaner assembly as described in Section FOR.
3. Loosen the clamps and disconnect both air hoses from the air cooler (see illustration).
4. Release the small hose from the holder.
5. At the rear of the air cooler, unscrew and remove the mounting bolt (see illustration).
6. Unscrew the front mounting bolts and remove the air cooler.
Installation
7. Perform installation in reverse order.
