Oil Filter Holder and Oil Cooler 1. Gasket, replace; 2. Bolt, 15 Nm + 90°, replace, first insert the bolts at the top left and bottom right, then tighten all four bolts "crosswise"; 3. Oil filter holder, with oil check valve; 4. Lip seal, replace; 5. Connecting pipe,; 6. Oil feed line, 22 Nm, going to turbocharger; 7. Oil pressure sensor -F1 22 Nm, marking: brown, 0.7 bar, if leaking, bite and replace the sealing ring; 8. Cover, 25 Nm; 9. Sealing ring, replace; 10. Oil filter element; 11. Replace the lip seal, lubricate before installation, insert into the protrusions on the oil radiator; 12. Oil radiator, check for free space with adjacent parts; 13. Lip seal, replace; 14. Threaded plug, 25 Nm; 15. Bolt, 10 Nm; 16. Holder for wiring harness

Place gasket "2" so that it can be fixed on all journals of oil cooler "1". Oil hole "arrow" should not be blocked by the gasket.



Removal the oil filter holder with oil cooler



Remove the engine cover "arrows". Release the clamps of the hose "arrows" and remove the air duct hose. Drain the coolant.

Remove the coolant hoses "arrows". Unscrew bolts "1" and "2", remove the coolant pipe.

Unscrew bolts "1" and "2". Unscrew cover "3" and remove the filter element of the oil filter.

Unscrew bolts «1» and «2». Unscrew cover «3» and remove the filter element of the oil filter.


Disconnect the electrical connector "1". Unscrew the oil supply line "2". Remove the coolant hoses "3" and "4".

Unscrew the "arrow" bolts and remove the oil filter bracket.

Unscrew the «arrow» bolts and remove the oil filter bracket.


Installation in reverse order.
