Sequence and tightening torque

Tighten the coolant pump bolts "arrow" crosswise in stages, final tightening torque 9 Nm.
Take off
Drain the coolant. Remove the upper part of the intake manifold. Remove the radiator pump system. eGR valve "V400". Remove the poly V-belt.

CAMA, CAMB, CCLA, CCWA, CCWB, CGKA, CGKB: Turn the timing belt cover forward of the "arrow" and hang the bracket on the bottom of the timing belt cover.

CAPA: Loosen the "arrow" clamps, rotate the timing belt cover forward and hang the bracket on the underside of the timing belt cover.

Unscrew the "arrow" bolts of the poly V-belt pulley of the coolant pump, using a 2-hole "3212" wrench as a support.

Unscrew the bolts and remove the water pump "arrow".

Install
Installation in reverse order. Clean the sealing surfaces. Tighten the coolant pump cover bolts. Install the poly V-belt. Install the radiator pump system. eGR valve "V400". Install the upper part of the intake manifold. Fill with coolant.
