Intake manifold and carburetor of 1.8L engine
- 1 - intake pipe heater;
- 2 - sealing ring;
- 3 - gasket;
- 4 - inlet pipe;
- 5 - clamp;
- 6 - carburetor heating hose;
- 7 - flange;
- 8 - carburetor;
- 9 - fuel supply hose;
- 10 - intake pipe gasket;
- 11 - sealing ring
Execution order
1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the air filter (see subsection 6.1.2).
3. Drain about half of the coolant (see paragraphs 1–3 of subsection 4.1).
4. Disconnect the coolant supply and drain hoses, electrical wiring, accelerator cable, fuel and vacuum hoses from the carburetor.
5. Loosen the nuts (or bolts) and remove the carburetor from the intake manifold. Remove the carburetor gasket.
6. Install the carburetor in reverse order.
