Execution order
1. Start and warm up the engine.
2. Turn off the engine.
3. Connect a control tachometer to the engine.
4. Turn the lever (2) so that the throttle valve is fully open (1 - throttle valve limit screw).
5. Start the engine without pressing the accelerator pedal.
6. Check the engine speed. It should be within (3600±200) min⁻¹.
7. If necessary, adjust the speed by turning the limit screw.
