The regulator is controlled by a sliding contact and a key located on the turn signal lever.
Programmable speed controller: A - sliding contact; B - key for turning on the regulator
Install a sliding contact to actuate the speed controller «A» (see photo) opposite the inscription «EIN». When the desired speed is reached, a short press on the key is sufficient to maintain it «B» at the end of the turn signal lever, and then remove your foot from the accelerator pedal.
If you need to increase the speed of movement, just press the button «B» and keep it pressed until the desired speed is reached.
If the speed increase is achieved by depressing the accelerator pedal, the previously programmed speed will be restored when the accelerator pedal is released.
When the brake or clutch pedal is depressed, the governor is temporarily disabled. Switching off the regulator also occurs when the sliding contact is moved to the right, without passing the point of more rigid resistance. The previously programmed speed is stored in memory in these cases, and to restore it, it is enough to move the sliding contact «A» all the way to the left against the inscription «AUFN* and release the brake or clutch pedal first.
The speed controller is completely disengaged when the sliding contact is moved to the right as far as it will go to the position «AUS» or when the ignition is turned off.
Note. On vehicles with automatic transmission, the programmable cruise control is only activated when the selector lever is in position «D» And «2».
