The pressure accumulator is installed only on vehicles with hydraulic brake booster.
With the engine off, press the brake pedal approximately 20 times.
Unscrew the hydraulic fluid pressure warning light sensor from the brake booster and connect the control pressure gauge hose fitting instead.
Start the engine and leave it to idle, wait for the operating pressure in the system to reach 140 kg / cm2.
Stop the engine.
Depress the brake pedal several times until the pressure gauge needle starts to drop smoothly. The pressure value that the pressure gauge will show at the moment when, after a smooth movement, the needle drops sharply, corresponds to the air pressure in the pressure accumulator. If the accumulator pressure is less than 30 kg/cm2, then replace the accumulator.
Disconnect the control pressure gauge, reinstall the hydraulic fluid pressure indicator lamp sensor and bleed the brake hydraulic system to remove air.
