Unscrew the air outlet fittings from the brake caliper of the left front wheel and from the wheel cylinder (on vehicles with rear drum brakes) or from a caliper (on vehicles with disc rear brakes) the brake mechanism of the right rear wheel and screw in the fittings of the hoses of the control pressure gauges instead.
Purge air from both gauge hoses.
Press the brake pedal until the pressure gauge connected to the front wheel brake shows a pressure of 100 kg/cm2.
Hold this pressure for 5 s. During this time, the readings of the pressure gauge connected to the brake mechanism of the rear wheel may change by no more than 10 kg / cm2. If the pressure has changed by a large amount, replace the pressure regulator.
