Remove the doors on the corresponding side. Drill out the contact welding spots where the pillar panel joins the body floor. Make a cut at the top of the pillar approximately 50 mm from the roof and at the bottom 20 mm from the floor. Drill out the contact welding spots of the pillar and amplifier. Prepare the joints for welding and prime with a zinc-containing primer. Install and secure the new part, check the gaps. Install the door and determine the location for welding the hinge. Overlap the upper and lower ends of the pillar and amplifier using contact welding and weld the holes using arc welding in a protective environment. Weld the hinges using arc welding in a protective environment with a continuous seam. Treat the inner surfaces with liquid wax.
