Heater Blower Motor (without A/C) — Removal and Installation (Audi 100 C3)

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the heater unit as described above.

3. Disconnect the wire contact at the end of the fan motor, remove the elbow pipe from the heater housing and motor.

4. Remove the snap ring, washer and sealing ring from the end of the engine.

5. From the other end of the heater unit, remove the inlet duct, air flap, then remove the motor and fan from the heater housing.

6. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
