Removal
35. Disconnect the ground wire from the battery.
36. As described in chapter 11, do the following:
- a) Remove the glove box from the front panel.
- b) Remove the passenger airbag mounting bracket.
37. The control unit is installed on the right side of the fan motor block.
38. Disconnect the electrical connector from the unit, unscrew the mounting screw and remove the unit from the heater/evaporator housing.
Installation
39. Installation - reverse procedure.
