2. Disconnect the windshield washer hose, disconnect the engine compartment light wiring (photo). Disconnect the wiring at the connector in the storage chamber.
3. Mark the position of the hinges to facilitate adjustment during installation.
4. Remove the staples from the holder, spread the top pins (photo) and remove them.
5. Unscrew the four bolts securing the hood hinge and lift the hood from the car (photo).
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order, adjust the hinges so that the gap of the hood edge is the same. If necessary, adjust the two strike plates at the beginning of the hood to achieve satisfactory closing.
