Attention. It is forbidden to install tires of different designs at the same time on the car (radial, diagonal or diagonally belted). An exception can only be a case of emergency. When tires of different designs are used on a car, the car's handling deteriorates, which can lead to loss of control over the car and an emergency.
It is recommended to install new tires in pairs on wheels of the same axle.
Despite some external differences of tires manufactured by different companies, but having the same TPC number, they can be installed on a car in any combination.
All season tires
Today, most car models are equipped with all-season radial tires with steel belt as standard equipment. These tires have an average of 37% more grip on snow compared to conventional road tires previously fitted to vehicles. At the same time, such tire properties as grip on wet road surfaces, rolling resistance, service life, and the ability to hold air pressure have been improved. These improvements are achieved through changes in the design of the tread and the use of special rubber compounds. All-season tires are marked "M+S", molded on the sidewall following the tire size designation. TPC number also ends with letters "MS".
Some special order vehicles may not be equipped with all-season tires. In these cases, the TPC number is indicated without marking "MS".
