Both rear drain holes are difficult to access even with the hatch open (shine a light into the hatch box).
The front drain hoses exit at the height of the lower hinges of the front doors. Both rear hoses end under the sides of the rear bumper (you need to disconnect the sides, see section "Removal the rear bumpers").
