Removal the sliding sunroof control unit "J245"



Remove the sliding sunroof position regulator "E139". Remove all connectors from the sliding sunroof control unit "J245". Unscrew the sunroof electric motor bolts and remove the sunroof control unit "J245" from the cutout in the roof.

Installation


Insert the sunroof control unit "J245" "2" and tighten the "arrow" bolts (3.5 N·m). Connect connector "1" of the sunroof electric motor "2".

Install the ceiling panel. After completing all work, initialize the electric motor of the sliding sunroof.

Removal the sunblind control unit "J394"



Remove the headlining. Remove the connector "1" of the sunshade control unit "J394" "2". Unscrew the "arrow" bolts of the sunblind control unit "J394-2". Remove the sunblind control unit "J394-2".

Installation



Installation


Installation in reverse order. Before installing the sunroof curtain motor, measure the distance "dimension a" between mirror "1" and cassette "2" and install the sunroof curtain parallel.



Tightening torque: Bolts: 3.5 Nm. After completing the work, perform the normalization of the hatch electric motor.
