Removal the front glass cover
When the glass cover is removed, do not move the rocker arm guide, as this may damage the fairing.
1. Overlay; 2. Front glass cover. Removal: open glass cover "1" so that there is access to strip "2". Pull trim "2" in the direction of "arrow A" down and remove tongue "3" from the back. Press the latches "4" on the back "arrow B" and detach the trim. Move trim "2" in the direction of "arrow C" forward and remove it. Unscrew the bolts on the left and right of the front cover; 3. Retainer; 4. Fixator. Unscrew the bolts "arrows" of the glass cover "1" on the left and right. Remove the glass cover by moving it upwardsInstallation
When removing/installing the glass cover, always replace the bolts. Clean the threaded holes from the fixing agent. Insert the glass cover "1" from above and screw in the bolts "arrows", but do not tighten them. Adjusting the front glass cover. Tighten the bolts "arrows" to the specified torque.
Insert cover "2" from the front into glass cover "1" and push in the direction of "arrow A". Fix the retainer "4". Insert tongue "3" on the back side "arrow B". After completing the work, perform the normalization of the sunroof electric motor.
Removal the rear glass cover
Open the front section completely. Unscrew the bolts "1" of the rear glass cover "3". Remove the spacer washer "2" between the glass cover "1" and the mounting frame "4". Open the front glass cover.
Pull the inner seal slightly inwards. "3" in the places "arrow" and unscrew the bolts "2". Lift the rear glass cover "1".
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Always replace bolts when removing/installing the glass cover. Insert the glass cover into the roof from top to bottom. Pull the inner seal "3" slightly inward at the "arrow" locations and screw in the bolts
"2", but do not tighten them. Adjusting the rear glass cover. After adjusting the rear glass cover, tighten the bolts (5 Nm). After completing the work, perform the normalization of the sunroof electric motor.
