Execution order
1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Disconnect the connectors with wires from the rear lights.
3. Mark the location of the hinge brackets relative to the trunk lid by tracing them, for example, with a felt-tip pen.
4. Loosen the bolts securing the hinges to the lid on both sides.
5. Remove the trunk lid.
6. Install the luggage compartment lid and tighten the mounting bolts by hand without tightening.
7. Align the trunk lid according to the previously made marks and finally tighten the mounting bolts.
8. Adjust the position of the trunk lid using the rubber buffers.
9. Check the ease of opening and reliability of closing of the trunk lid lock.
