Trunk lid

It is opened only with the main key. To do this, turn the key to the appropriate position, press the lock button and lift the cover up. The cover is closed by lightly pressing it down.

Caution: When closing the trunk lid, be sure to check whether the lock has been activated. These precautions are necessary to prevent the lid from opening while driving.

Caution: To prevent exhaust gases from entering the passenger compartment, never drive with the trunk lid half open or fully open.

The trunk is opened and closed with the central lock when the trunk lid lock input hole is in the horizontal position. Position "a" in the figure. In other cases, it can be opened and closed with the main key.

In this case, when removing the key from the lock in the vertical position "b", the synchronous locking of the trunk from the central lock is blocked. It can only be opened with the main key.

To do this, turn the key all the way to the right "c" and press the button.
