Central lock (Audi 80 B3)

The central locking mechanism allows simultaneous opening or closing of all doors, including, depending on the position of the lock input hole, the boot lid. These synchronous actions are carried out from the outside with the main or additional key through the front door locks or from the inside by pressing the lock button.

When the key is inserted into the ignition switch, the front right door operates only in the central door opening mode. Simultaneous locking of the doors on this side is automatically blocked.

When locking the doors, make sure that all the locking buttons move down at the same time. Open the doors on which they do not work and close them again correctly.

Attention: Remember! By pressing the lock button on the driver's door, and with the ignition key removed, also on the door on the right - all doors of the car are automatically locked.
