Note. The central locking system is electrically operated. The actuators in the doors are integrated into the door lock and have 2 electric motors. The actuators cannot be replaced individually. The first electric motor locks the door, the second one locks the inside door handle (Safe function = optional for some markets). In this case, the doors cannot be opened from the inside. After an accident with the airbag deployed, the central locking control unit unlocks the doors if they were locked. The used central locking system is located in the rear right wing.
