Loading the car
In the interests of maintaining good vehicle dynamics, ensure that the load is distributed evenly.
Place heavy objects as far forward as possible, i.e. close to the backs of the rear seats or close to the front seats (refer to illustration) with the seat backs folded down. The load must not extend beyond the upper edge of the seat backs.
The tyre pressure must be correct for the vehicle load – refer to the tyre pressure sticker on the fuel filler cap.
Never exceed the gross vehicle weight and axle load. Their permissible values are given in the vehicle documents.
Warning: Remember that when transporting heavy objects, the vehicle's dynamic qualities change due to the shift in the center of gravity.
Warning: Therefore, the driving mode and speed must be selected accordingly.
Warning: If possible, place cargo in the trunk and with the seatbacks raised and latched.
Warning: Use safety nets* or non-elastic tension straps to secure the load to the rigging loops. This provides the greatest degree of safety.
Warning: To avoid exhaust gases entering the passenger compartment, never drive with the trunk door not fully closed, and especially not with the trunk door open!
Rigging loops

There are four rigging loops (arrows) in the luggage compartment.
Using these loops you can secure the load.
Safety net*
The safety net is located in the trunk pocket. With the help of the net, you can securely fasten the trunk load.
Insert the net hooks into the rigging loops.
After use, fold the net and put it in your pocket.

To install and secure the front hooks, insert the hooks parallel to the loop and then turn them – refer to the illustration.

Spread the safety net in the trunk. The inscription "TOP" should point upwards, and the arrow should point in the direction of travel. The free end of the rigging strap should point in the direction of the trunk door.
Fold up both adjusters and loosen the rigging straps – see illustration.
Place the load so that it is as completely under the net as possible.
Pull back on the rigging straps until they are tight.
Load-bearing net
This net can only be used for securing light loads.

The net prevents the luggage rack load from shifting. To secure the load, thread the hooks through the rigging loops.
Luggage compartment curtain
The luggage compartment cover can be used for clothing.
Warning: Do not place heavy, hard objects on the luggage compartment flap. They pose a danger to passengers during sudden braking.
In addition, objects rubbing against the rear window can damage its electric heating system.
When the tailgate is opened, the luggage compartment flap is simultaneously raised.
If it is necessary to transport bulky goods, the canopy can be removed.
Removal the canopy

At the joints of the curtain and the trunk door, release the locking loops (1).
Pull the curtain (3) back and remove it from the holders (2) – arrows.
To install the canopy, insert it forward into the side holders and secure the locking loops on the trunk door.
