Disconnect the brake pad wear sensor connector.
Remove the protective caps from the guide pins.
Use a socket wrench to remove the guide pins
Remove the brake caliper.
Remove the brake pads.
Move the piston as far as possible into the cylinder with pliers, after removing some of the fluid from the tank if necessary.
Check the condition of the brake disc and piston dust cap.
Check that the piston heat shield is installed correctly.
Install new brake pads and caliper.
Tighten the guide pins to 2.5 kgf·m.
Install the protective caps on the guide pins.
Connect the brake pad wear sensor connector.
Install the front wheels.
Press the brake pedal several times to set the brakes in portions to the working position.
Restore the brake fluid level in the reservoir if necessary.
