Before replacing the control arms, you need to know that they are not the same. The letter "F" indicates the driver's side, and the letter "B" indicates the front passenger side.
The hood must be open, the windshield wiper must be turned off.
Pry the black cap up over the axle and unscrew the exposed hex nut. Remove the washer.
Grasp the windshield wiper arm at the attachment point, swing it back and forth, and remove it from the axle.
Install the new arm on the axle and fit the washer. The arm should cover the black hatched mark (A) on the underside of the windshield. Turn on the windshield wiper and check that the wiper blades return to the correct position. Finally, fit the cap.
