Upper buffer mount

Execution order
1. Remove the decorative trim (1) by carefully prying it up with a screwdriver.
2. Unscrew the five fastening screws and remove the decorative strip, using a screwdriver to pry up its ends (1 - decorative strip; 2 – screwdriver).
3. Remove the radiator grille (see subsection 11.2).
4. Unscrew the two mounting screws and remove the decorative grille.
5. Disconnect the wiring harness from the fog lights.
6. Loosen the upper buffer mounting bolts.
7. Loosen the lower mounting bolts and pull the buffer forward, removing it from the side guides.
8. If necessary, remove the carrier plate (1) from the buffer (2). Insert the new carrier plate into the buffer and snap the plastic clips into place using great force.
9. Install the front buffer in reverse order.
