Front passenger seat: folding the back

Front passenger seat: folding the back

  • 1. Move the seat forward/backward: pull the handle and move the seat.
  • 2. Extending/retracting the thigh support: lift the handle up.
  • 3. Seat cushion tilt: pull/press the handle.
  • 4. Lumbar support adjustment: press the corresponding side of the button.
  • 5. Raise/lower the seat: pull/press the handle.
  • 6. Raise/lower the seat back: turn the handwheel. In vehicles with a folding front passenger seat back: Pull the handle.

  • A. Lumbar support adjustment: press the corresponding side of the button.
  • B. Raise/lower the seat: Press the up/down button. To adjust the front cushions, press the up or down button at the front. To adjust the rear cushions, press the up or down button at the rear.
  • B. Move the seat forward/backward: Press the forward/backward button.
  • C. Raising/lowering the seat back: Press the forward/backward button.
  • D. Extend/retract the thigh support: lift the handle up.

Turn on/off the memory function



Press the OFF button. When the memory function is switched off, the LED in the button lights up. The seat position settings are not saved.

Programming seat position settings



Press the SET button. The LED in the button lights up. Press the memory device button (1 or 2). A positive programming result is confirmed by a sound signal.

Playback of seat position settings



With the driver's door open, briefly press the memory button. With the driver's door closed, hold the memory button down until the seat position settings are saved.

Fold up the socket cover. The 12-volt socket can be used to connect electrical accessories. Do not exceed the socket's power consumption of 100 W. There is an additional 12-volt socket on the rear center console.
