Removal
The engine is installed.
Remove the air duct from the turbocharger. Remove the toothed belt. Hold the crankshaft gear with the support "3415" and remove it.

Unscrew bolts "1...10". Raise the front sealing flange and remove it. Press out the cuff with the flange removed.
Installation

Install in reverse order, placing a rag on the open part of the oil pan. Carefully remove any remaining sealant on the cylinder block and oil pan. Remove any remaining sealant from the sealing flange, for example with a rotating plastic brush. Clean the seating surfaces; there should be no oil or grease on them. Cut off the tube tip at the front mark (hole diameter approx. 2mm). Apply a thin bead of "arrow" sealant to the mating surfaces between the cylinder block and the oil pan.

Apply a bead of "arrow" sealant to the clean seating surface of the sealing flange, as shown in the figure. Thickness of the "arrow" sealant bead: 2... 3 mm.

Instructions: The sealant bead should not be thicker than 3 mm, otherwise excess sealant may get into the oil pan and clog the mesh filter in the oil intake pipe.

Apply a thin layer of sealant to the lower flange seating surface -shaded area-. The sealing flange must be installed within 5 minutes after applying the sealant. Carefully push the sealing flange onto the cylinder block centering bushings. Tighten the bolts. Install the crankshaft oil seal on the pulley side. Install the toothed belt (adjust valve timing).
Instructions. Hoses and pipes of the air boost system must be cleaned from oils and grease before installation. Do not use lubricants under any circumstances.
Tightening torque: Sealing flange to cylinder block: 15 Nm.
