Belt drive camshaft:

Belt drive camshaft:
1. Upper timing belt cover
2. Toothed belt. Before removing, mark the direction of travel with chalk or a felt-tip pen. Changing the direction of travel of a used toothed belt can damage it. Check the degree of wear
3. 20 Nm + turn 45°
4. Tension roller
5. 100 Nm
6. 25 Nm
7. Camshaft gear
8. Hub with toothed crown. For loosening and tightening use support "T10051", for removal use puller "T10052"
9. 10 Nm
10. Rear timing belt cover
11. Sealing sleeve, replace if damaged
12. Timing belt tensioner
13. Overrunning roller
14. Coolant pump
15. Crankshaft gear
16. 120 Nm + tighten by 90°, replace. For loosening and tightening use support "3415", do not additionally lubricate the thread and flange
17. 15 Nm
18. 20 Nm
19. Lower timing belt cover
20. Torsional vibration damper, the mounting position of the torsional vibration damper hole must be above the protrusion on the toothed belt gear
21. 10 Nm + turn 90°
22. Middle timing belt cover
