Camshaft belt drive:
1. Timing belt top cover
2. Toothed belt. Before removing, mark the direction of travel with chalk or a felt-tip pen. Reversing the running direction of a used toothed belt can damage it. Check for wear
3. 20 Nm + tighten by 45°
4. Tension roller
5. 100 Nm
6. 25 Nm
7. Camshaft gear
8. Hub with gear rim. Use support -T10051- to loosen and tighten, use puller -T10052- to remove
9. 10 Nm
10. Rear timing belt cover
11. Sealing sleeve, replace if damaged
12. Toothed belt tensioner
13. Overrunning roller
14. Pump 0J
15. Crankshaft gear
16. 120 Nm + turn 90°, replace. Use support -3415- for loosening and tightening, do not apply any additional oil to the thread and shoulder
17. 15 Nm
18.20 Nm
19. Timing belt bottom cover
20. Vibration damper, installation position The opening of the vibration damper must be exposed to the projection on the toothed belt gear
21. 10 Nm + tighten by 90°
22. Middle toothed belt cover
