Removal
Remove the poly V-belt. Unscrew the damper, holding the central bolt with a spanner.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order, taking into account the following: Use new bolts for fastening. Use only original bolts for the damper. Installation is only possible in one position: the damper hole must be located above the protrusion on the toothed belt gear "arrow". Install the poly V-belt. Tightening torque: Torsional vibration damper to crankshaft gear: 10 Nm + 90°. Replace the bolts.
