Removal
Remove the noise insulation screen.
Instructions, Mark the direction of rotation of the poly V-belt with chalk or a felt-tip pen. Changing the direction of rotation of a previously used belt may damage it.
To loosen the poly V-belt, use a spanner to tilt the tensioner "in the direction of the arrow". Secure the tensioner by installing the locking pin "T10060 A" or "T10060" in the locking holes. Remove the poly V-belt.
Installation
Ensure that the poly V-belt is positioned and running correctly. Install the poly V-belt on the crankshaft and generator pulleys. Unload the tensioner and remove the locking pin from the locking holes. Check that the poly V-belt is installed correctly. Start the engine and check the belt running.
