
Before installing the puller, screw the central bolt of the gear into the crankshaft until it stops.

Unscrew the inner part of the puller "3203" 8 turns from the outer part and secure with a knurled bolt.

Lubricate the threaded head of the puller with engine oil, install it and, pressing hard "arrow", screw it as deep as possible into the cuff. Unscrew the knurled head bolt and turn the inner part of the puller relative to the crankshaft until the cuff is removed. Clamp the flat places of the puller in a vice. Remove the cuff with pliers. Clean the working and seating surfaces. Do not lubricate the working edge and the outer edge of the cuff.

Place the guide sleeve "T10053/1" on the crankshaft journal. Place the cuff through the guide sleeve.

Press the cuff flush with the toothed belt pinion center bolt and bushing "T10053". Replace the pinion center bolt. There should be no oil on the mating surfaces between the toothed belt pinion and the crankshaft. Do not additionally lubricate the crankshaft pinion bolt. Hold the crankshaft pinion with support "3415" and install it. Install the toothed belt (adjust valve timing) defining the position of the illustration. Install the poly V-belt. Tightening torque: Toothed belt pinion to the crankshaft: 120 Nm + 90°. Replace the bolt.
