There should be no oil on the mating surfaces between the toothed belt pinion and the crankshaft. Do not additionally lubricate the crankshaft pinion bolt. Hold the crankshaft pinion with support "3415" and install it. Install the toothed belt (adjust valve timing) defining the position of the illustration. Install the poly V-belt. Tightening torque: Toothed belt pinion to the crankshaft: 120 Nm + 90°. Replace the bolt.
