Poly V-drive 1. Poly V-belt. Before removing, mark the direction of travel with chalk or a felt-tip pen. Do not bend. When installing, ensure the correct position on the pulleys; 2. Bolt. Replace 20 Nm + 90° turn; 3. Generator; 4/7/9/11/12/15/16/19/24. Bolt; 5. Guide roller cover; 6. Poly V-belt guide roller. 40 Nm; 8. Coolant pump belt drive pulley; 10. Coolant pump; 13. Bracket of the vane pump of the hydraulic steering system; 14. Sliding sleeve; 17. Power steering pump; 18. Sprocket of the poly-V belt of the vane pump of the hydraulic steering system; 20. Tensioner element of poly V-belt. 40 Nm; 21. Air conditioning compressor bracket. When installing, pay attention to the position of the mounting bushings; 22. Bolt. 20 Nm; 23. Air conditioning compressor. Do not unscrew/disconnect the refrigerant lines. When installing, observe the position of the installation bushings "pos. 25"; 25. Mounting sleeve. 2 pcs.; 26. Removal the poly V-belt



Remove the front noise insulation. Risk of damage to the already used poly V-belt when changing the direction of rotation. To reinstall the poly V-belt, mark the direction of rotation with chalk or a felt-tip pen before removing it. To loosen the poly V-belt, move the tensioner clockwise "arrow". Remove the poly V-belt and loosen the tensioner.

Note: When installing a poly V-belt, ensure that it is positioned correctly on the pulleys.


Start the engine and check the running of the poly V-belt. Install sound insulation.
