Removal and installation the compressor poly V-belt
Remove the front cover of the motorcycle. compartment "1" upwards. Remove the front noise insulation "1". For reinstallation, before removing the poly V-belt, mark its direction of rotation with chalk or a marker. To release the poly V-belt, tilt the tensioner element clockwise "arrow". Remove the poly V-belt and lock the tensioner element with the locking pin "T10060 A".
Install
Installation in reverse order. Install the V-belt on the pulley as shown in the figure.

Tighten the arrow bolts to a final torque of 9 Nm in stages, crosswise.
Removal
Remove the compressor poly V-belt. Unscrew the "arrow" bolt and remove it together with the idler pulley.
To release the poly V-belt, tilt the tensioner element clockwise "arrow". Remove the poly V-belt and relieve the tensioner element.
Install
Installation in reverse order. Install the poly V-belt on the compressor pulley as shown in the figure.

To release the poly V-belt, tilt the tensioner element clockwise "arrow". Remove the poly V-belt from the tensioner and relieve the tensioner element.
Remove cover "1" and unscrew the bolts located behind it. Remove tension element "2" of the poly V-belt from the cylinder block.
Install
Installation in reverse order. Install the poly V-belt. Install the front left coolant pipe.

Air conditioning compressor: do not unscrew/disconnect the refrigerant lines. 15. Guide bushing: 2 pcs. 16. Bolt.
Removal
Remove the compressor poly V-belt. Unscrew the "arrow" bolt. Slide the guide roller slightly onto the bolt and remove it together with the bolt.
Unscrew screw "2" securing the front left pipe of the system. cooling. For clarity, montage. the position is shown with the engine removed. "Pos. 1" should not be taken into account.
Remove the front noise insulation cover "1".
Unscrew screw "1" securing the system pipes. cooling on the left in the front part. For clarity, montage. the position is shown with the engine removed. Ignore the arrows.
To relieve the poly V-belt tension, turn the tensioner clockwise "arrow" and lock it with the retainer "T10060 A". Remove the poly V-belt.
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Install the poly V-belt on the pulleys as shown in the figure.

Install the front left system pipe. cooling. Start the engine and check the running of the poly V-belt. Install the compressor poly V-belt.
Removal and installation the torsional vibration damper
Remove the compressor poly V-belt. For clarity, the following figures show the parts with the engine removed. Unscrew bolt "2" of the front left system pipe. cooling. "Pos. 1" should not be taken into account.

Unscrew screws "2" securing the system pipes. cooling in the front left part. "Pos. 1, 3" do not take into account.

Unscrew screw "1" securing the system pipes. cooling in the front left part. "Arrows" should not be taken into account.

Remove the bumper trim panel.
Unscrew the bolts "1" on the left and right and remove the radiator console from the radiator frame together with the radiator "arrow".
Release the electr. wiring harness. Open the clamp "arrow A", remove the control unit 2 of the radiator fan "J671" "pos. 1" from the radiator frame "arrow B" and put it aside.
A/m with hydraulics. with power steering: To relieve the poly V-belt tension, turn the tensioner clockwise "arrow". Remove the poly V-belt from the torsional vibration damper and relieve the tensioner element.
Vehicle with electromechanical power steering: To relieve the poly V-belt tension, turn the tensioner clockwise "arrow". Remove the poly V-belt from the torsional vibration damper and relieve the tensioner. "T10060 A" should not be taken into account.
All
Loosen bolts "1" of the vibration damper, using counterstop "3036" for this. Remove the vibration damper.
Install
Installation in reverse order. Bolts tightened at the tightening angle should be replaced. Due to the offset holes, installation is only possible in one position. Install the radiator console together with the radiator. Install the bumper cover locking mechanism. Install the front left coolant pipe. Install the poly V-belt.
