2.0. Gas distribution mechanism drive:
1 - bolt for fastening the lower part of the protective cover of the timing drive. Tightening torque - 10 Nm
2 - timing belt tensioner mounting bolt. Tightening torque - 10 Nm
3 - washer
4 - bolt. Tightening torque - 22 Nm
5 - lever of the timing belt tensioner for the gas distribution mechanism drive
6 - sealing ring
7 - tension roller mounting bolt. Tightening torque - 22 Nm
8 - central bolt for fastening the camshaft gear. Tightening torque - 55 Nm
9 - washer
10 - mounting plate
11 - camshaft gear on the right cylinder head
12 - compensation washer
13 - bolt for fastening the right part of the rear protective cover of the timing drive. Tightening torque - 10 Nm
14 - bolt for fastening the left part of the rear protective cover of the timing drive. Tightening torque - 10 Nm
15 - right part of the rear protective cover of the timing drive
16 - water pump mounting bolt. Tightening torque -10 Nm
17 - water pump
18 - sealing gasket. To be replaced after each dismantling
19 - left part of the rear protective cover of the timing drive
20 - camshaft gear on the left cylinder head
21 - mounting plate
22-toothed timing belt for gas distribution mechanism drive
23 - central bolt for fastening the camshaft gear. Tightening torque - 55 Nm
24 - guide roller
25 - leading gear of the gas distribution mechanism on the crankshaft
26 - tension roller
27 - guide roller mounting bolt. Tightening torque - 43 Nm
28 - central bolt for fastening the drive gear of the timing mechanism to the crankshaft. Tightening torque: 1st pass - 200 Nm; 2nd pass - turn 180°
29-timing belt tensioner for the gas distribution mechanism drive
30 - lower part of the protective cover of the timing mechanism drive
