Caution! Do not remove the crankshaft. Even loosening the nuts on the main bearing caps causes deformation of the cylinder block main bearing beds, and such deformations reduce the bearing clearance. Even if the bearing shells are not replaced, the bearings may be damaged due to the changed clearance. If the nuts on the bearing caps have been loosened, the cylinder block must be replaced entirely together with the crankshaft. Measuring the bearing clearance at a service station is impossible.

1. Upper timing belt cover
2. Toothed belt
3. 10 Nm
4. 25 Nm
5. 100 Nm
6. Camshaft gear
7. Hub with toothed crown. For loosening and tightening use support "T10051", for removal use puller "T10052"
8. Rear timing belt cover
9. Sealing sleeve, replace if damaged
10. Hall sensor "G40" for positioning the camshaft, to remove, remove the sealing sleeve
11. Cylinder head mounting bolt, replace, observe the sequence when loosening and tightening, install washers in the cylinder head before installation
12. Bolt, 10 Nm for engine cover
13. Cylinder head cover
14. To the turbocharger
15. 10 Nm, observe the sequence when loosening and tightening
16. Pressure reducing valve for engine crankcase ventilation
17. Oil filler neck (not supplied separately as a spare part)
18. Cover, replace gasket if damaged
19. Sealing cuff, replace if damaged
20. Bracket for fuel lines
21. Cylinder head cover gasket, replace if damaged
22. 20 Nm
23. Hanging eye
24. Pump injector
25. Central plug connector of the pump-injector
26. From the brake booster
27. Tandem pump for fuel supply and vacuum system supply
28. Fuel filter feed hose: white or with a white mark. Make sure it is securely fastened
29. Drain hose to fuel filter: blue or with blue mark. Make sure it is securely fastened
30. Gasket, replace
31. Bracket
32. Cone nut
33. Cylinder head, after replacement, drain the old and fill the cooling system with new coolant
34. Cylinder head gasket, replace, observe marking. After replacement, drain the old and fill the cooling system with new coolant
35. Glow plug
36. Tension roller
37. 20 Nm + turn 45°
