Remove the oil pan. Remove the front seal, flange. Remove the following parts: oil pump sprocket, chain tensioner. Chain.

Remove the crankshaft sprocket with a two-jaw puller "2", while protecting the crankshaft end journal with a suitable washer "1".

Installation



Installation is in reverse order, while it is necessary to heat the star in a heating oven for 15 minutes to 220°C.

Install the sprocket on the shaft journal with pliers and press it in with the «30-100» pressure…


Install the sprocket on the shaft journal with pliers and press it in with the "30-100" pressure sleeve until it stops on the crankshaft. Mounting position: the wide shoulder of the sprocket faces the engine. Install the front sealing flange. Install the oil pan.
