Replacing the coolant (Audi 100 C3)

Remove the expansion tank cap.

Disconnect the radiator supply hose from the thermostat housing.



Check the tightness of the cooling system hose clamps.

Fill the expansion tank with coolant up to the level mark on the tank.

Let the engine run to remove air pockets from the cooling system.

Check the fluid level in the expansion tank and, if necessary, top it up to normal.
