Start the engine.
Using a pressure gauge, determine the pump discharge pressure for no more than 30 seconds when the engine is idling; it should be in the range of 145-155 kg/cm².
If the pressure is not within the specified limits, try replacing the high pressure valve and rechecking. If the pump discharge pressure is still abnormal, replace the pump.
