Switches on the central console and on the panel — removal and installation (Audi 100 C3)

1. The number of switches varies depending on the type, their position differs according to the model and installed equipment, but the procedure is similar for all versions.

2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

3. Guided by Section 11, remove the center console cover trim.

4. Remove the panel plate above the lower switches, remove the remote switches (photo). The switches can be removed by carefully removing them with a screwdriver or, if accessible, by pushing them out from behind.





5. Disconnect the switch wiring and remove the switch.

6. The upper console and panel switches are removed upwards (photo). Disconnect the wiring, remove the switch.



7. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
