1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the gear shift knob, unscrew the screw at the back and remove the trim cover (photo).
3. Remove the two rear screws securing the remote control trim (photo).
4. Remove the ashtray, unscrew the two screws in the front through the ashtray hole (photo).
5. Lift the trim and remove it from the remote control (photo).
6. Remove the radio.
7. Remove the heater control knobs (photo), unscrew the screw securing the heater panel, remove the group (photo).
8. If the switches are located under the radio socket, pull them out and disconnect the wiring.
9. Disconnect the wiring in the cigarette lighter.
10. Unscrew the screws securing the remote control and remove the remote control.
11. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
12. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
13. Remove the gear shift knob or shifter handle. Remove the trim around the handle.
14. Remove the ashtray by pressing the mounting tabs through the gearshift lever hole (Fig. 11.20).
15. Unscrew the screws, remove both remote control wings down (Fig. 11.21).
16. Unscrew the screws, unclip the brackets, and remove both rear fenders.
17. Unscrew the screws, disconnect the wiring, and remove the top part of the remote control back.
18. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
