Removal
Disconnect the wires from the battery terminals.
Remove the radiator grille.
Remove the bumper.
Unscrew the bumper bracket, being careful not to damage the plastic base.
Working underneath the vehicle, remove the right and left spoilers.
Unscrew the mounting bolts and remove the radiator shroud.
Disconnect the drive cable from the hood lock.
Remove the upper radiator mount.
Remove the top decorative strip (above the bumper).
Remove the inner ventilation grille and headlight assembly.
On vehicles with headlight washers, disconnect the washer fluid supply pipe, unscrew the four bolts securing the gear motors to the side members, move forward and remove the skirt.
Installation
Installation of the front fittings is performed in the reverse order.
Front shield details: 1 - cross member 443 805 305; 2 - corner 431 805 292 A; 3 - front shield 443 805 261; 4 - front cross member 443 805 59; 5 - left front cross member strut 443 805 799 (right 443 805 780)
