Engaging reverse
Reverse gear can only be engaged when the vehicle is stationary. The lever must be pressed down, while the reversing lights should light up.
E and 5th gears are engaged in the same position as the reverse gear, but in the plane of 3/4 gears (those. without pressing the lever).
Note: When driving, do not keep your hand on the gear lever: hand pressure is transferred to the gearbox and causes increased wear on the mechanism.
When shifting from E or 5th gear respectively to 4th gear, do not apply force to the lever in any direction, as 2nd gear may be switched on by mistake. As a result, the motor may be overloaded.
