When the high beam is on or when the high beam indicator is used, the high beam indicator receives power from the right headlight high beam fuse (Chapter "Body electrical system"). However, it cannot indicate whether the high beam filaments are actually lit; this needs to be checked by yourself. The connection to ground is also carried out through the instrument cluster.
