Power steering system (Audi 100 C3)

Every 30,000 km, check the oil level in the tank. The oil level should be at the edge of the filler hole.

Some models of the car were equipped with a hydraulic booster, which provided the following functions:

power steering and brakes;
strengthening the steering drive, brakes and the operation of the body position regulator.
