Electronic transistor switch
The electronic switch contains a powerful transistor that turns the current supply to the ignition coil on and off (or ignition coils). Thus, a huge voltage cannot interfere with the operation of the sensitive electronics of the control unit. However, the transistor does not supply current at the same time as the Hall effect sensor (models with 4- and 5-cylinder engines) or ignition timing sensor (models with 6-cylinder engines) deliver their impulses. The control unit independently determines the correct ignition moment, thereby giving an on / off impulse.
