1. Compressor drive shaft: check that when the screw connection is tightened, the primary shaft should sit in the toothed connection of the engine drive gear without any gaps; tightening torque 60 Nm; lubricate the gear engagement of the engine drive pinion, for example with grease -G 000 100-.
2. Hexagon socket head cap screw: tightening torque 10 Nm.
3. Drive disk: Overload protection is activated when the torque is too high (eg, difficult operation of the compressor), and the pulley rotates freely without transmitting torque to the compressor; check and adjust the rotation accuracy.
4. Drive disk: fixed to the compressor drive shaft; overload protection is triggered when the torque is too high (eg, difficult operation of the compressor), and the pulley rotates freely without transmitting torque to the compressor; tightening torque 30 Nm.
5. Rubber element: disconnects the drive unit, dampens vibrations and noise; to install, lightly moisten the rubber elements, for example with a soap solution (antifriction agent).
6. Spacer washer: The original washer must be installed; dimensions: 17.5 x 10 x 3 mm.
7. Retaining ring: replace; install correctly (flat side to the compressor).
8. Drive disk: with rolling bearing; before installing the driven disk, clean the compressor flange.
9. Air conditioning compressor, settings: depending on the engine version and the export version of the vehicle, different options may be installed.
