Execution order
1. Check all connecting assemblies and connection points, as well as brake calipers.
2. Brake hoses should not be wet, swollen or worn. If so, replace them.
3. Brake pipes are coated with a protective layer that prevents rust. If this layer is damaged, it can lead to rust. Therefore, never clean the pipes with a screwdriver, sandpaper or wire brush, use an old rag.
4. If the protective layer is damaged, a thin layer of anti-corrosion primer should be applied to the exposed areas.
5. Tubes with rust deposits or flattened ones should be replaced.
6. Do all the bleed nipples have protective caps? They are located at the top of the calipers.
7. You can temporarily check the brake system pressure yourself:
8. Press the brake pedal all the way down.
9. It should not give in even after several minutes of full load, if this is not the case, then the cuff in the main brake cylinder is defective.
10. Due to a leaky cuff, the brake fluid level in the reservoir does not decrease, and the fluid under pressure squeezes past the piston of the master brake cylinder to the side where there is no pressure.
11. Leaky areas on the brake caliper piston seals are identified by dark spots on the brake calipers.
12. In case of doubt, contact the workshop.
