Discs should not have deep grooves (due to dirt or excessively worn pads). The grooves cut deep into the new brake linings, which significantly reduces their service life and reduces the braking effect.
Scratched brake discs can be ground on a lathe if they have not worn down to the acceptable minimum size over a long period of service.
Too thin discs are replaced in pairs.
The bluish tint of the brake disc is irrelevant.
